Victorian England - Duke of Wellington (he of waterloo)- My Lords , these things (railways) will enable

working classes to move about (quoited from 1984's 2025 report by Norman Macrae (end poverty edutir of THe Economist)

21st update - My ..., these things (railways and ports) will enable jack ma to village market & educate everywhere

OUR VIEW: if we want to develop the sustainability generation, then the truth is teachers and youth need to map

why ports are where they are and railroads across continents need to be (which are also the grids for upgrading

everything that needs staightlining pipes - water, clean energy, cables for digital education and cooperation of any profession that can solve or destroy sustainability goals out of every locality

Call this missing curriculum Belt Road Imagineeering  (BRI.school) or whatever you like but just do it collaboratively - make it the most popular of all mobile apps and maps- dont let any banker or big data slall coder leave home without it

case 1 - citizen reaseach across 500 cities of the European Union in 2002 showed that entreprenjeurs mkoist liked to be linked into barcelona and rome- so why did berlin and brussels (of the subprome decade 2008-2018) hate these two remakable suoercities-

in the case of barcelona  (see map below)

clearly in its the region of europe that is the gareway to africa's small entrepreneurs traading free across europe

-romano prodi said something like this recently in beijing to 500 smart stundents of Ithinkchina.asia- the saddest thing about my eu poresidency is yet again on behalf of Europeans i had to tell afriacns they needed to wait- the big ptroject was reunifying the germanies, what is tragic is now that germany's euro owns every financial decsion europeans take its  startegy is the very opposite of win-win with africa- until germany rethinks this the whole of europe will be divided instaed of connected by refugee tragedies instead of sustainable trades across hemispheres
